Welcome to the Park Ave Villa and Suites! This unique, beautifully constructed side-by-side property is the newest addition to the Lakewood Host lineup of luxury kosher rentals.

This oversized property offers a beautiful place for a large family Shabbosos, with multiple options for renting the 8 bedroom villa on its own, up to a 14+ bedroom duplex by adding either one or both of the available lower-level, 3-bedroom suites.

Shabbos locks on all entry doors make coming and going a breeze, eliminating the need for carrying around keys. 

The 930 suite entryway is accessed from the left side of the property, and one exterior staircase down brings you to the front door. 

Opening into a convenient entry foyer off of the living room, a front coat closet offers plenty of hanging space for coats.

A large window lets the sun into the adjacent combination living/dining room, furnished in hues of blues and gold. The living room portion is furnished with an opulent yet comfortable full-size couch and plush complementing club chair. Continue into the dining room potion, where a generous dining table is set for eight, with lucite and gold accented chairs. A high chair is included and a large buffet, conveniently stocked with Shabbos amenities, stands ready for serving.

The heart of the home, a contemporary eat-in kitchen features separate milchig and fleishig sinks, a full-sized stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, range/oven, microwave and dishwasher as well. A breakfast nook with bar stools makes the perfect spot for a coffee, snack or meal on the go.

Outside the kitchen, a hallway leads to the bedroom area, where a full bathroom complete with a tub and shower. A complimentary starter set of soaps and shampoos is provided for our guests convenience and comfort. 

A linen closet is stocked with extra pillows and linens, as well as plenty of bath and hand towels.  

The master bedroom suite is outfitted with two full-size beds with tufted headboards and comfortable furnishings. Walk-in California closets are located adjacent to the En-suite, full master bathroom complete with a tub and shower. Complimentary starter set of soaps and shampoos is provided for our guests' convenience and comfort. 

A second bedroom is set with two twin beds with velvet headboards, comfortable furnishings, a night table with Shabbos lamp, and two custom California closets.

A third bedroom is furnished with two full-size beds with padded headboards and plush linens, a Pack-N-Play crib and two custom California closets.

Longer stays are a breeze with a convenient laundry closet on this level, set with a stackable front-loading washer and dryer, and a starter set of detergent.
