That local presence makes a meaningful difference. We know the homes, neighborhoods, shuls, kosher stores, restaurants, and communities where our guests stay.
We also maintain direct relationships with the homeowners whose properties we represent. We help owners prepare, maintain, improve, and position their homes for the particular needs of kosher-observant guests.
When maintenance or an unexpected problem arises, we coordinate with local pool companies, landscapers, housekeepers, handymen, electricians, plumbers, air-conditioning technicians, and other independent service professionals.
A private home is different from a hotel, and occasionally something can require attention. What matters is having experienced local people who know the property and are prepared to respond.
