Step inside and be instantly transformed into a state of calm relaxation with the soothing palette of crème and brown hues.

With its open design, you will always be a part of the action. The formal living room, decorated with its artwork of tropical themes, is furnished with couches and chairs that are plush and comfy.  Once you sink in, you might not want to get up.

No need to search for seforim or siddurim, as they have been conveniently placed in the breakfront.

The dining area has plenty of seating for your entire family and is within steps of the modern kitchen.  

With barstools to sit on as you watch over the chef of the family, the granite-countered and espresso-toned wood kitchen serves as a great open area to chat while you whip up your meals, using the new stainless steel appliances.  Stocked with all the basics for both fleishig and milk, you will want for nothing when it comes to meal prep.

The master bedroom has two full size beds and its own en suite bathroom with shower.  Lush linens await you at bedtime with plenty of pillows to prop you up as you take in a movie on the flat screen television mounted straight ahead of you.

The other two bedrooms offer you a choice of either full size beds or twin size with plenty of extra linens and towels provided in the closet conveniently located in the foyer.  The main bathroom has a bathtub, perfect for bathing the little ones.

Extra guests can enjoy their privacy in the fourth room that performs double duty as both a fun playroom/den area and an extra bedroom.  Located apart from the main sleeping area, it’s the perfect spot for your couple that comes with their babies. The leather couch can serve as a seating and entertainment area while you and your guests play the games that have been provided for you, or watch TV on the large flat screen mounted on the wall.  Alternatively you can open up the couch to sleep two guests.

No need to bring a highchair or pack and play as we have anticipated your needs in advance!

The laundry room is stocked with washer/dryer combo, iron, and ironing board.  Extra folding chairs are there as well for those last minute guests.

The outdoor area offers a heated pool for hours of endless enjoyment.  There is a nice lawn to enjoy and a gas barbecue grill for those evenings when you want to stay home and dine al fresco.

For the family who needs to de-stress instantly, the Lakeview Villa is the perfect place to accomplish your goal!

Beautiful accommodations comfortable rooms kitchen, dining room and bedrooms are all nicely finished with all utensils needed, with a great pool and hot tub. a great place to stay with comfortable space for families.

the home was freshly cleaned, the pool was nice and clean, it was a pleasure to walk in and stay there! the Shul is walking distance, very nice people, heimish and geshmak. kosher groceries and stores were close by. There is a nice walkway near the lake on the same block... it was great to take a walk every night with the fresh Miami air. What i liked best that i was in Miami for a vacation and i was still able to keep it kosher and daven three times a day without missing minyan. 

We had a wonderful experience at the Lakeview Villa in North Miami Beach.

The villa is clean and nicely maintained, the bedding is comfortable, the kitchen appliances are modern and in excellent working order, and the pool was a pleasure. It was such a convenience not to have to worry about kashering a kitchen; the kitchen is fully stocked with two sets of dishes, cutlery, and cookware, and items needed for Shabbos were there. It was also a great convenience to have a washing machine and dryer, and linens, towels, and toilet tissue provided.



The property manager was very helpful. She was already waiting for us at the villa when we arrived and showed us around. Whenever we had any questions during our stay, she was available, and she even came over one day, within a few minutes of our phone call, when we couldn't figure out how to work one of the appliances.



After staying at the villa for four nights with our family of six, we can say that we would definitely consider staying there again, and would highly recommend the property to anyone else.

If you’re ever looking to get away with your family, this is the place to go!!!! Shifra Weinberger made sure we’re settled & happy!!! My kids loved the pool, was clean, the patio set & grill Every little detail! BTW it’s not our 1st time with them & not our last Thanks again!

i had a fabulous time looking fwd to come again soon and already told many of freinds and family about this place. its really a perfect place for any frum family. any type of frum family will find a shul they will feel comfortable davening in from modern to litvish to chasidsh to chabad and many others. so many kosher restuarnts and stores bli ayn hora. thank you very much .

Overall our stay at The Lakeview was great . We had a small request which was immediately filled. Comfortable, easy to use instructions. Well decorated bright sunny house and it's practically waterfront.  Recommended.

Being a frequent traveler, I've visited many 5 star massive hotels. To name a few: Grand Cascades, Mt. Airy in Poconos, Marriott in Virginia Beach and many more real ritzy ones. This Villa was some other experience COMPLETELY!! wow! wow! wow! we couldn't get enough! spotless clean, immaculate, equipped with EVERYTHING down to the last details - fresh fluffy towels, well maintained pool, keurig coffee machine, and ALL the luxuries & amenities your imagination could fancy! This was truly a rolls Royce!! the Weinbergers are special! Mrs. Weinberger showed us around many options in North Miami Beach until we settled on the Lakeview Villa! Our trip was short but very successful thanks to our OUT OF THIS WORLD accommodations. P.S.Even the grass and lawns are trimmed to perfection and smell fresh... Indulge and ENJOY - worth every penny!!

Staying at the Lakeview villa was something much more than we expected! The house has everything a heimish family would need on vacation. House and pool was beautiful and perfectly clean, all beds were amazingly comfortable! This house has tremendous sunlight, very quiet and peaceful block. And the most amazing thing is, you are right next to the Canal, my kids ran out every morning to feed the ducks while we enjoyed to walk and run that fitness trail which also has two playgrounds for the kids on that path! This was really a great family vacation with the warm feeling of your own home. Whoever rents this home, will surely enjoy all this house and NMB has to offer! We can’t wait to be back already! Dealing with the Weinberger family was a pleasure and their service was above all!

Stayed at the Lakeview Villa early August 2017, Firstly Mr. Weinberger was very helpful and available to answer any questions  The villa we stayed in was sparkling clean very inviting and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was equipped with all Kosher necessities plus more. The pool was clean and perfect size. Could not find anything to complain about. LOL . We are planning another vacation ASAP. Recommended for hemishe families

This was the right choice for us. My husband and I spent quite some searching for a villa in Florida that would have a private pool. We were thrilled when we found floridakoshervillas.com. Booking was so simple and the price was great. The villa was really nice and the pool was truly an amazing aspect of the vacation. The whole villa has a very relaxed feel to it. The location was great too, being that it was very close to Shuls and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a nice place in Miami.

Highly recommend this lovely villa. The pictures speak for themselves, but other details, such as the luxurious mattresses and bedding, demonstrate that every effort has been made to make this a first class stay. The pool was actually larger than it appeared in the photos and was sparkling clean and warm. Management was very responsive and accommodating. Hope to return again soon!

I cannot begin to tell you how beautiful our stay in north Miami was!! No words can describe it!! That peaceful calm gorgeous view!! Those trees! The lake! Everything was the best but most of all our VILLA! It was immaculate! So clean!! Fresh! The pool was spotless and so well heated! Amazing! The rooms were comfortable! Everything was just amazing Bh!! Shaya and Shifra and their incredible staff outdid themselves once again.

Beautiful house and excellent service as always, our fourth year renting and always happy. Our best recommendation is simply to book early as they get sold out so fast. You are wasting time, effort and money if you book with a private owner that doesn't live in North Miami Beach. En especial esta casa esta muy bonita, tiene 3 recamaras, 2 baños y un estudio con un sofá-cama para hacer una cuarta habitación.

Thanks for a great experience. I recently traveled with my two teenage sons and brother in law for a 5 day pre-Pesach trip. It was fantastic. The accommodation was way better than expected and the value for the money was exceptional. Kosher kitchen, large 4 bedroom house, private pool, next to many shuls. What more could we ask for? I had been debating going to a hotel but this is one of those things you have to experience yourself and then are sold on for life. I'd like to bring family down for summer and future Yom Tovim. The house is lovely and well kept with all amenities for frum people. It is a great vacation house well located for all kosher needs and shuls. The pool is great and a very good size for doing laps. The service is superb and Mrs. Weinberger was helpful and available whenever we needed her. I highly recommend the house for a great vacation.

The house was clean and spacious and the pool is stunning. Everything was amazing from the minute we came in until we left. Stunning neighborhood with shuls and food minutes away. We were there for the 2nd time in 2 years and both times Florida Kosher Villas" did an amazing job. I would recommend for anybody traveling solo or with family to check them out.
We will definitely be coming back there very soon with Florida Kosher Villas at our side.

Fabulous Kosher Vacation House in Miami

We just came back from an unforgettable trip to North Miami Beach with our 4 children.
We have always been weary of renting houses for fear of the unknown. Florida Kosher Villas is a superb company that offers first class service. From before the trip even started any questions I had regarding the house were answered within minutes via email (questions regarding if i could pre-ship items to the house, crib and kitchen info, pool info, etc.) We arrived late at night and got a full rundown of the property on the spot. The house was spotless and organized and fully equipped besides for missing some basic pool toys which we went out and bought. It came with a great water lounger and really nice lounge chairs outside near the pool. The pool is incredible and we hung out there basically the whole time. What else is Miami for?! The pool is a nice size and has one side sunny all day and one side shady all day. No moving around chasing the sun! The Kosher kitchen is fully equipped down to a Challah cover, Shabbos tablecloth and urn. The house also had 3 kosher lamps! The pool is heated and the heat was on full swing so everyone enjoyed even when it wasn't super hot out. We loved the house and would definitely come again.

The location of the house is great right within minutes walking distance of so many different shuls. Also within 1 minute is a beautiful canal where you can walk/run and there is a great park for kids there. Nearby shops include kosher stores, walmart, walgreens, kosher pizza, carvel, etc! Lacking nothing! The beach was a 10 minute drive- we did go there one day, stayed till the sun hid behind the condos and then went back to our pool and got 3 more sunny hours! We cant wait to come back next year iyh!
