The house is so pretty and clean, The landscaping around it makes it feel serene. It's spacious and comfortable for the whole family, It suited our needs to the T. The pool is so big and surrounded by a childproof fence, You're really on top of the maintenance. Thank you for giving us such a pleasurable stay, It was definitely worth the price

I wanted to thank you for an amazing vacation at the tropical. The villa was clean and had everything we needed! Thanks for accommodating us super quickly when we had an issue with the hot water. Amazing Tropical Stay

We had an amazing stay at the Tropical Villa, everything was exactly as described, brand new, very spacious and clean. The pool was delicious, it was well heated and very clean, the hot tub was amazing as well. The Weinberger's were very quick to respond to all of our questions. We highly recommend the Tropical Villa and we hope to be back next year!

We just returned home from another incredible trip to North Miami Beach! We are so spoiled by Florida Kosher Villas that we don’t go anywhere else! The Tropical villa we stayed at was absolutely beautiful- super clean and modern. The beds and linens were so comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and have great showers. We had lots of towels- plenty for everyone- and separate ones for swimming and showering. The pool, hot tub, and the backyard area were a dream- the only hard part was tearing ourselves away at the end of the day! A great seating area and we ate most of our meals outside at the patio table in the back. The kitchen is fully stocked and we had everything we could possibly need for shabbos from candle lighting straight through to havdala. It made it so easy to come- all we had to bring was our clothing. The neighborhood is great and the gorgeous canal with an amazing biking and walking path is a 2 min walk away. The Shuls are all walking distance and all super warm and welcoming. The best part, of course, is the treatment we get from the Weinberger family- they are available constantly and are so quick to fix any issue that comes up. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to go back!

Shaya & his team once again have knocked it out of the park. We always enjoy the homes he provides. They are always clean, updated and are in great condition. A great place to call home when you are on vacation. It makes the vacation so much better. Why stay in a hotel, when there is a private house & pool all for you. I will imy"h continue to use Florida Kosher Villas for many years to come.

We were amazed by the clean, big  NEW spacious house. Everything that we needed and more was all right there ready to use. Dealing with The Weinberger's was a pleasure, whatever we needed throughout our stay was just a call away. The pool was nice and clean, safe for kids with a gate around. We especially loved the Hot Tub at night. Chairs to relax on, beautiful landscaping and a stunning interior of the house. Highly recommended to anyone that's looking for a kosher stay in the North Miami Beach area.
