I wanted to take a moment and thank you for making our recent Mid Winter vacation the success that it was.
Since one has to plan carefully for a road trip like this, I had a hundred questions for you.
I truly appreciated your patience in answeringthem all.
As you know we didn't travel to Florida the conventional way, rather we hitched a U-haul to our Honda Odyssey and drove from Brooklyn NY, with our 6 kids.
Suffice it to say, 24 hours later when we arrived, it was a pleasure to be met at the door by Shifra who showed us around.
That was just the beginning of the 5 star service we received.
The house was beautiful, French doors leading out to a sparkling heated pool, ( did I tell you we went swimming the minute we got there? at 10 pm, before we unpacked)?
The Child Guard gate around it gave me peace of mind while my 2 year old son was running around the huge backyard. I don't know what we would have done without that gate, but leave it to you to think of every detail.
The beautiful kitchen, with deep sinks, new appliances, even a double oven, made my time in the kitchen a pleasure. Hey, I was on vacation too!
The large bedrooms, with the queen size beds and luxurious linens were also a pleasure, and as I told you, I'm trying to purchase that same linen for our home. It was that comfortable.
The flat panel TV came in handy when my husband wanted to catch his favorite Football NY Giants game.
The BBQ grill was clean and worked perfectly, as promised. We had a huge BBQ one night, with friends and family, it was so nice.
I loved the spacious dining / living room area, which wound up seating 17 on Shabbos when my sister in laws family joined us.
The guide you provided us was priceless as it listed all the restaurants, places to shop and things to do, shuls etc.
You were right when you told me the house has everything
Full sets of dairy and meat dishes, pots and silverware, tons of towels, crock pot, hot plate, urn just to name some.
This was not our first trip to North Miami Beach, but it was the first time I rented through your website, rather than directly through an owner. I can tell you that the difference was unbelievable.
Previously we had issues with things like the cable not working because a bill wasn't paid, Once the house was infested with ants, even worse we once arrived to our destination after the long drive to find the previous tenants still in the house! I see that things like that don't happen when there is someone like you taking care.

I was just in one of the Kosher Villas I rented thru Florida Kosher villas, I don't have enough words to describe how beautiful it was, it really had everything that someone could imagine about a relaxing vacation and change of scenery, a beautiful large villa with 3 bedrooms fully stocked with towels and fresh linen a kosher spacious kitchen and dining area with a beautiful private backyard with crystal clear private pool. An abundance of shuls of all kinds , kosher groceries and restaurants within a short walk or drive including discount shopping malls and chain stores. If you wish to get to the beach its only a 7-10 min drive to the ocean. It's really relaxing and a nice environment not as other crowded places like Miami Beach or any other oceanfront location. And both Mr. and Mrs. Weinberger were really very accommodating and helpful with all our needs. I had been many times to Miami Beach but nothing was as great for us as the vacation we had in the Florida Kosher Villas.
Thanks for a great vacation! The house you rented to us was perfect in every way The location was ideal near the shul. It was clean, and more than large enough. We enjoyed the private pool, and all it's amenities. Even the directions you gave us at one a m. were very good. Looking forward to coming again.
Thank you for making our Winter Vacation in Florida great. We really had no idea how much we would really enjoy coming to North Miami Beach. It was a quiet relaxing place for my husband and me to get away from the brutal harsh winters in Canada. The house you rented us Villa 1110 was right next to all the shuls and in the center of the neighborhood. I really never imagined I would be able to stroll outside on Friday Night and see literally hundreds of Frum people coming and going to different shuls. I was able to walk my husband to shul on the next block . On Friday Night we took a long walk along the canal in the neighborhood. Its was a warm beautiful scene. We loved it and cant wait to come back.
Thanks for taking care of every single detail of our recent MID WINTER vacation in NMB. Your service far exceeded our expectations. The Villa we rented was just perfect for us. We are just an average family of 6 from Flatbush. We had 4 large comfortable bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The house was really much better than we expected. It was clean, actually spotless, and the towels and linen were good quality. There was a TV , my kids were able to sign on to the free WIFI and use their ipads and my husband was able to sign on to his work email and do his few hours of work. The pool was available for us 24/7, it was warm and it was clean. There were a few bugs on top when we got there but my husband used the skimmer that was on the side of the house and skimmed off the few bugs it was no big deal. Other than that backyard was nice and secluded, the mechitzah/gate around the property provided almost complete privacy. We loved the fact that we had our own private house to ourselves and the fact that the block was nice. I walked every single day with my husband around the canal which gave us time to talk and enjoy our alone time. It took us about an hour to do the complete walk around and I still miss the green grass and constant sunshine.
I would highly recommend to anyone out there that is looking for a truly relaxing heimisher vacation to call Florida Kosher Villas to arrange it for them. I've rented houses in Miami and in other Vacation rentals all over the world. I am an experienced and seasoned kosher traveler. Rarely have I seen the kind of dedication and personal service that they provide. There is a saying in the world " Why go anywhere else?" In this case this slogan really applies. Yes, I am sure you can rent a Kosher Villa from someone else. The question would then be..WHY?
If you are a frum family or a couple and want a real vacation away from the hustle and bustle, but yet be within 10 minutes from Kosher Shopping, Restaurants and Entertainment of all sorts this is your place. Simple Clean and Nice it wasn't fancy but it was clean and convenient and there was was no place else i could get my own private heated pool. We went swimming every night when we got home from eating out at a different restaurant either in Aventura or Miami Beach. I loved the fact that there was convenient choice of shuls in the neighborhood. I personally davened in Khal Chasidim and found it perfect for me, a chasidisher shteeble with a Mikvah which was important to me. I understand that this is not important to everyone.I really would go out of way to recommend them.
